Grails 1.3.1 is now available.

This release fixes an issue with the plugin installation mechanism, and introduces the ability to influence the order in which filters are executed by expressing that a filter depends on other filters. A new “unless” GSP tag has been introduced as a counterpart to the "if" tag, and named queries may now be nested.
