After Saleforce.com heralded the arrival of ‘Cloud 2.0’, Netsuite and Genpact have come together to hand a similar treatment to BPM.

Their new partnership marries NetSuite cloud business management software suite and Genpact's process and global delivery expertise.

Genpact’s consulting teams will implement NetSuite solutions to mid-market companies. The marrying of cloud and global delivery is expected to cut cost and improve productivity.

Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite, described the combined effort as a model for ‘BPM 2.0'.
