Boomi brings transparency to uptime on cloud

In an interesting move that sets a good precedent for Cloud and SaaS vendors, noted cloud integrator Boomi has launched a ‘ trust’ web site to make the performance of its services more transparent.

Enterprises eyeing cloud and SaaS are sensitive towards the ‘uptime’ guaranteed by service providers. 

In an interesting move that sets a good precedent for Cloud and SaaS vendors, noted cloud integrator Boomi has launched a ‘ trust’ web site to make the performance of its services more transparent.  

The web site (http://trust.boomi.com) gives real-time view of the performance and uptime of Boomi AtomSphere Integration Cloud platform and services. A release from Boomi said the new web site provides information on system availability, reliability and performance to Boomi’s customers, application vendors and system integrators.

Bob Moul, Boomi CEO, said  ”…It is imperative for integration services like Boomi to provide transparency into system performance and availability to foster trust and confidence in all customers from the smallest business to the largest enterprise.”
