Apache Traffic Server version 2.1.3 has been released.

Apache Traffic Server is a HTTP/1.1 compliant caching proxy server, donated to the Apache Foundation by Yahoo! This release introduces a new plugin API for stats and support for the rc/trafficserver script for FreeBSD. APIs have been added for overriding the cacheablity of the response, and OSX support has been added to the 'trafficserver' script. Please note that this is a developer release.
