Apache PDFBox 1.3.1 With Adobe’s Updated CMap Files

WriteDecodedDoc to standalone app added in new Apache PDFBox release.

Apache PDFBox version 1.3.1 is out now.

Apache PDFBox is an open source Java library for working with
PDF documents. This release includes an updated CMap files released
by Adobe under a BSD license, and fixes a memory use regression
detected in the 1.3.0 release candidate. CID to Unicode mapping and
a utility class for extracting a variety of pages from a PDF have
been added. Metadata keys can now be accessed in the PD model and
TIFF predictor 2 with FlateDecode is now supported.
